The Arctic Greenland is nothing less than addictive. The amazing people and mind-blowing nature blew me away! The people that live in the harsh Arctic climate are some of the kindest and most resourceful individuals I have met, and while thinking of them I long top go back so badly! The locals live a life mixing old traditions with new technology in an environment that is a feast to the eye. I love that they are true to their history and kindly share, which I am grateful for. The Greenland Innuits are the custodians of one of the oldest continues cultures on the planet that includes the hunter and gatherer traditions and the beautiful tattoos and adornments. I cannot even start to express my gratitude to the people that taught me about all the incredible details of their life from explaining hunting to clothing made with, for example, the yarn spun from the muskox wool and the incredible amount of work to get it ready to the knitting stage. The photos were captured in August and September in the hunting season in different location around the Disco Bay and on the Greenlandic Icesheet. I am grateful to every single person that taught me and that let me photograph them.
